Laboratory

The Laboratory Department provides comprehensive diagnostic testing to support the Primary Care Physician team in accurately and efficiently assessing patient health. Services include: 

  • Phlebotomy services 
  • Routine, specialized and rapid tests  
  • Individual Medical Readiness (IMR – AD ONLY) 

Please note: The Provider’s NPI number and the ICD code MUST be on all outside laboratory orders.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  
  • Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 4:30 pm 
  • Closed all weekends, federal holidays, and as directed by Unit Commanders
