The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

During this partial government shutdown, the 30th Medical Group remains open and continues to honor scheduled medical and dental appointments. Our patient appointing service is open and we're still taking requests for appointments. We're doing our best to minimize impact on our beneficiaries and their health care. The clinic’s Primary Care and Specialty Care services are fully operational. Ancillary services (pharmacy, laboratory, radiology) also remain operational. Radiology

The Radiology Department operates on an appointment only basis for x-rays only. Following the visit with your Primary Care Physician (PCM), please visit our front desk or follow link below to schedule an appointment. 

Please note: The Radiology department does NOT offer Mammography, CT, MRI, or Ultrasound. If these services are required, your PCM will refer you to an off-base hospital or clinic. 

Mammogram Information

TRICARE covers annual screening mammograms for women aged 40 or older. If you are 40+ and seeking a routine, preventative screening (with no breast health concerns), you may self-refer to any TRICARE-authorized provider.   

Patients under the age of 40 who are considered high risk, as well as patients of any age with breast health concerns, should consult their PCM and obtain a referral prior to receiving mammography services.
